A March 2008 trip to Fort Lauderdale by panda2

Quote: It's warm, crowded and very spread out, you'll want a car to drive around.
Authentic French Bakery is a gem of a find here on the west side of the overpass by the Convention Center. I wanted to try this place when we drove by in the late evening and saw its sign brightly lit in red against the darkness. In the daytime, it's harder to notice as everything around was bright.

There's seating outside its storefront, or dine inside. A wonderful selection of high quality French eateries and liquids to excite your taste buds in a comfortable atmosphere.

Open Monday-Saturday 7:30am-6pm, Sunday 8am-2pm. Parking is available, credit cards accepted. Another location also at Quay Plaza, next to Renaissance Hotel, +1.954.463.7565.
