Daytona Beach Area

This tasting was a lot of fun on an otherwise rainy day. The Key Lime Wine was our favorite without a doubt and we purchased a bottle of the wine and the smoothie mix to take back to the hotel to drink while reclining on the balcony watching the ocean sunset. Ahh! Perfection! The smoothie mixes are $9.99 and the wines range from $14.99 to $31.99 (for the sherry.) These are all fruit wines like Blackberry, Blueberry, Mango, Guava and even Strawberry Cream Sherry. They will box the wine for airline shipping and even mail it for you (three bottle minimum.) It was a wonderful way to while away a rainy afternoon. The only thing we didn't understand was where the actual winery was located. The visit would be enhanced by a tour of the wine-making facilities, but we had a great time tasting the end result which is the really important part.
