Flagstaff is a mixture of college, tourist, local town. Many different types of people live and visit throughout the year. The best time to go is probably spring and fall. During the summer and winter, Flagstaff becomes overrun by tourists because of both the Grand Canyon and skiing. Tons of college-age kids were hanging out on the night we visited. Most were drinking their imported or micro-brewed beers. I definitely fit into this scene. It's Chili's though. So don't expect to be cultured since you can find this kind of place in any medium-sized city around the country.

The service was fair, nothing to brag about. We waited for about 20 minutes or so for a table. My salad was standard as well. If you're hungry and want to be served quickly, eat here.
