Marriott hotel in need of renovation. It looks really nice on the outside but it was a let down once inside. Not worth the money.Rooms are rather on the small side and the fitness room is ill equipped. Pool is very small and narrow it was being serviced for the 10 days I was there. The best thing about the hotel was the location. It's right on Florida St. which is pedestrian only. It's has many nice shops and cafes. There is a mall further down the street where you find your typical Nike, Addidas, Lacoste etc.. If you want to do some shopping, I would suggest going Santa Fe. Street which runs just north of the hotel. Fantastic street shopping with much better prices than you find on...Read More

Fantastic modern ice cream parlor/cafe. The best ice cream I have ever tasted! Yes better than Italian! This place is perfect for dessert or coffee. It has a ZEN garden in the back to enjoy your treat all the better. Service is great and place is spotless. A must when in Buenos Aires.

Great after hours with mixed crowd. You pay one price and drink all you want. A dark room and a bubble dance floor make this place very interesting. Just be careful while on the main dance floor because the club has a water sprinkler that releases water while your dancing it can be very annoying and ruins your hair and clothes. But this place is crazy, expect to see straights, gays, tranny's, bisexuals, cross dressers etc... the crowd is very attractive which makes it easy on the eyes.

Really nice shopping mall with everything you need including a gym, restaurants, and movie theaters. For more of a local fair step outside on to Ave. Santa Fe for amazing street shopping at much better prices too. Street has many nice cafes to stop, rest, and just people-watch.

Really nice fitness centres with Yoga, free-weights, cardio equip. weight machines and sauna. Several locations across the city, the best and most modern are the ones located at Alto Palermo mall and in Recoleta at 1930 Arenales St.

Stylish, modern, trendy, rock chic, clothing and accessories for men and women. Prices are excellent and so is the quality. Think A/X, H&M only better and more boutique like.
Several locations best one is in Palermo and on Ave. Santa Fe just south of Callao St. Price range $10USD for a t'shirt - $40 for shoes and $75 for jeans. Chick on the cheap because of the low Argentinian Peso exchange.
