Before we started the trip, I read a few reviews, and some travelers said the food at Phi Phi Island Village Resort was expensive and not very good. We have to disagree.Even though the hotel’s restaurants were the only eating destinations in the hotel’s small vicinity and the hotel definitely had a captive clientele (other than the makeshift restaurants located in the village behind the hotel), we found the food to be very tasty and of good quality.
