Our room featured one of the poorest layouts and designs possible. If it were in a home it wouldn't sell. Our bedroom had windows that started above eye level. The view from our 1 seat porch was that of a pillar and the roof from the portico. The TV was in an entertainment unit that was set 6' to the left of the couch / seating area. So if you sat in the furniture everyone had to look to the left to see the TV. The bathroom shower floor didn't drain right so water ran out onto the bathroom floor. SLIPPERY! In addition the pool was located off property. Had to walk next store and pass the garbage bins. The pool had the feel of a Howard Johnsons' rather than a Hilton property. The hot tubs were located on the front porch - behind a wire fence. The also were built in such a way that you had to step up two feet and then duck your head so you didn't hit the ceiling. The property also didn't have a deli / store like you find at the HGVC's in Las Vegas or Florida. The front desk staff said the other rooms / suites in the lodge were better laid out - we just bad one. The place was sold out so we couldn't change rooms.
