I was really looking forward to eating at Geronimo Restaurant in New Haven as I watched it being built over the last few months. The restaurant is beautifully designed and decorated with obvious care. I went there three times. The first time I went it was the first week they had opened so let me skip the disaster we experienced with the food. I could forgive opening week jitters. The Second time we visited, my friends really wanted to try the new place in town out. The tamales were simply awful and the the rest of the dinners came out of the kitchen staggered by fifteen or so minutes.
