My boyfriend and I went on a Tuesday evening, were seated immediately on the patio, and had a server offering drinks in no time. We each got a cocktail and ordered the mushrooms in red wine sauce appetizer. It was AWESOME! The sauce was salty and buttery, with a little bit of garlic. My boyfriend got a pasta with shrimp and fresh caught fish that we were both very impressed with. I got the "Vegetarian Delight" and was sooooo happy with my meal. The falafel was delicious, with a creamy texture inside the crisp outer shell, as was the hummus. It also came with a good portion of sauteed veggies, that were very good, and a side salad. The pita bread was great, soft and warm with lots of herbs covering it. I guess we understand that Greek food should be ordered at a Greek restuarant...not Italian. The service was good as well, which can be rare in Maui. For the appetizer, two drinks, and two entrees, our total was $52 before tip, which we find reasonable. We will DEFINATELY be returning to Pita Paradise, probably weekly.
