I had the pleasure of staying in room 657 at Mohonk Mountain House. Room 657 is one of their Victorian rooms with a full sized bed and a twin sized bed. It is also one of the seventy rooms that has a fireplace. A balcony with a few rocking chairs provided a lofty view of the parking lot, but it was still nice, nonetheless.Although I spent a lot of time at the conference I was attending, I was still able to take advantage of some of the recreational spaces that Mohonk has to offer including the indoor heated swimming pool that allows you to hear music underwater, the fitness gym with a plethora of treadmills, elipticals and weight machines, and the myraid of hiking trails.
