Large ruins above city of Kotor. It's a wonderful city to stay in. It has great views, it is very scenic, not too touristy like Budva, but with friendly locals. There are plenty of day trips. I stayed at a private home in Budva for 50 euros a night with no hot water, horrible water pressure and the electricity was out most of the day. I then went to Kotor stayed at a private home near the bus station for 20 euros a night with a private bathroom, kitchenette, hot water, electricity and the old lady who owned the place even did our laundry for us. The nightlife was a little quieter than Budva but there were still bars and clubs to visit at night. Beautiful location in a fjord and a lot more authent
