Brand new Hampton Inn, well off the highway in Oxnard/Ventura area. Spacious double with a small balcony overlooking Channel Islands Marina was a bargain for California, especially in view of the elaborate complimentary breakfast set out in the morning. Beds and bathroom were very comfortable -- probably the best of our trip. Free wi-fi and a comfy work desk. Good air con and fressh decor; only possible criticism was somewhat limited tv channel selection -- but not a big deal.
