Arusha is a city on the way between the Kilimanjaro Airport and the big parks as Serengeti, Ngorongoro. When we arrived in Tanzania and before to visit the parks you have to go to try the Mexican cuisine at Bollate Restaurant. The Mexican food menu is the most extensive in the town: guacamole, refried beans, salsa, quesadillas with several different refreshing, fajitas, soft tacos, enchiladas. The name of the restaurant is Italian but don’t assume that Italian cuisine is the only trick up Bollate’s sleeve. We tried even “Red Combo Grill” which includes pork chops, chicken, beef, and a few veggies on top of fried eggs and served with a mushroom sauce. Even the price is very good.
