HGVC Las Vegas Strip

An August 2007 trip to Las Vegas by Sean&Roxanne

On this trip I learned how poor the concierge service is at the HGVC.

A few days before my visit to the HGVC, Las Vegas Strip property, I called the concierge to order some show tickets. I was told I would get the best seats. Although I demanded to know the location of the seats before I had to pay for them I was denied that knowledge and instead told that I would have the best seats. I was told not to worry. But I felt uncomfortable about not knowing where the seats were, so I called back to get more details from the concierge. But once again I was told not to worry because my seats would be in the best location. I only wanted to know in case the only seats available were in the last row.

Upon arriving at the property, I was told that my seats were in the last row.

To me, "the last row" does not mean "the best seats".

The HGVC and concierge service have ruined my weekend. I was denied the knowledge of where my seats would be located. I was told not to worry because my seats would be the best. And then later I was told I have to settle for the last row. What do I tell the people in my party about having to sit in the last row?

Now they are refusing to refund my money!! What a scam business!

HGVC has refused to comment.
