One of my girlfriends recommended this place because a friend of hers had stayed several times with her family. As a matter of fact, they had returned at least eight times! Since we were a group of 10, we didn't want five hotel rooms and there were too many for a private home, so we decided this three-bedroom condo would do the trick. The beach is awesome and right outside your door. Per person, the price is the same as a hotel room, or cheaper. Our unit was like living in luxury: granite counter-tops, flat screen TVs, view of the ocean, etc., but had a down-home, easy-going feel to the property.
