Weekend Stay in Brighton UK

A June 2007 trip to Brighton by Jon Upchurch

Hotel review of facilities and location.

I stayed at this Hotel for a weekend break recently and found the staff to be excellent, bedrooms to be spacious, light, and airy. I was given a free upgrade to a seaview bedroom which overlooked the sea and old pier at Brighton. Great staff and location, close to "The Lanes" which is this cute range of boutique shops and antique shops which is well worth a visit. The hotel offers a great range of dining options and we eat in the bar and room service for an evening meal. Breakfast is of a good standard, typical of what you would find in a Holiday Inn. You can even eat outdoors on their sun terrace but it was a bit windy for us. Definitely recommend it for a return visit.
