The Hotel itself was decent enough. We got a garden view room, which was clean to say the most. It was an ordinary bed, pullout sofa included. I did not stay much in my room, so I was not too picky about it.At the Sunspree, we included an all-inclusive stay. They served buffet style for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a well enough variety of food. Also they have a food stand on the beach that serves late into the hours (burgers, fries, etc.), I must say the grilled cheese sandwiches (best I've had) and fries are a nice memory, I recall late evenings on the beach with my grilled cheese sandwich. The beach is not so much a beach. I did not dip into the water, the waters seemed shallow,...Read More

The nightclub was definitely a tourist attraction, however an indoor/outdoor muti-level club. There were also many locals who seemed to have come to party as well. The music was good, and they had a second room upstairs that had an all-you-can-drink special going. I forget the price but I didn't make it far enough to see how things were there.Downstairs they had a plank that walked out into the sea, I seen many people arrive by boat which was interesting. You can see across the way and the lights of the city. There is also a huge trampoline-jumping thing outside, I assume it's used in the daytime. While down on the outside lower level, an employee walked down and asked if we smelt the M...Read More

I found this particular experience a bit dry and boring. However, I was on a guided tour. You walked/climbed on rocks that were shallow in water. The most exciting part was the bus ride there from Montego Bay because the driving was terrifyingly fast. However, it was a nice scenic view for the most part, and there were many markets with the same items for sale.

I would recommend this for families with children because it's active and maybe challenging enough for the younger. I would probably not do this again however, unless I was not on a guided tour but there on my own time, relaxing on the beach.

I enjoyed every minute of Jamaica. Upon arrival in a somewhat hot unconditioned airport, it already set the mood for my trip. Within five minutes of picking up baggage and finding our hotel shuttle bus (although we had more than enough offers for a taxi), we found someone (actually we had been approached by two people already) whom offered to sell us some grass. Who could pass? Happens that person was our shuttle driver. Hilariously with a shuttle full of people, he pulls over for a minute, does a pickup, and hands it over (quietly of course). It felt very free, although of course illegal. Theres a sense of chill in Jamaica.I wouldn't advise for it or against it. Th...Read More
