This place is so cool, but it is only a driving range. You can rent balls for between $20-$100 depending on the time of day (peak times or off peak times) and how many balls you want. You can also rent clubs for a minimal charge. If you feel like only hitting a couple of balls one day, you can take your card out and come back another day to use it. The range itself is beautiful because you have the water right there to look out over. You should definately hit this place up, it's nice and relaxing.

In the middle of the summer, this place is heaven. It is overly air conditioned, which is needed in New York during July and August. The lanes are gigantic and slightly dim with a reminiscent feeling of an acid trip with its black light ambiance. Each game is $8 or so and shoe rentals are about $5. Please, bring socks with you because if not, you have to buy socks ($3 for a pair). So don't wear sandals. Anyway, the waitress comes by every so often with enough ease to keep you drunk enough if that is your fancy. So if you are looking for a relaxing day at the lanes, the piers is just for you.
