I stayed at the Grand Hyatt DFW for a one-night business trip to Dallas. As the hotel was at the airport, my expectations were not very high as to the service and quality of the hotel. To my surprise, this was a great hotel. The rooms were very upscale in decor, the service was excellent, room service, dinner, and breakfast were both good and quick, and the fitness center was one of the best-equipped that I have seen in a hotel. The only negative was that the hotel charged $10 per day for Internet access. I think it is ridiculous to charge for Internet access at a hotel these days.
