Escape the hustle and bustle of the city to Volendam, right outside Amsterdam. Stay in the small, cute city or see the famous windmills and clogs. Enjoy the scenic beauty of sheep and green grasses. Volendam has preserved its beauty and character for six centuries.

Quick Tips:

The restaurants inside the city part of Volendam are pretty expensive. The city is pretty small but is located on a beautiful harbor. Rent a car or a bus because everything is pretty spread out.

Best Way To Get Around:

Rent a car or bus. I wouldn't suggest any taxis or the public transportation.
