This hotel is super hip and clean, but the staff are horrible. I confirmed a river walk room for my husband's birthday. When we arrived it was a courtyard view room. We asked to be moved and they said they couldn't. They would not let us speak with a supervisor. After returning home I wrote an email to the hotel and the supervisor then accused me of lying! Not great customer service practices, I definitely won't be back to his hotel next time!
