Restaurant

Most of the blogs with a Boracay entry have probably mentioned Jonas Fruit Shake one way or the other. Jonas started its operations long before Boracay island even made it big in the tourist scene. Trying one or maybe two of its shakes is a must do or drink, for this matter, while you are on the island.

You can get your shake to go in an unusual cleaned mineral water bottle or enjoy every sip in the open space area away from the heat of the Boracay sun. Jonas offers a variety of fruit, milk/non-milk, alcoholic (Kahlua, Baileys) shakes.

White SandsBest of IgoUgo

Story/Tip

Boracay Sunset
If Bali is to Indonesia, Phuket to Thailand, then Boracay is to the Philippines. It is the top beach destination in Southeast Asia and on this 3 mile beach stretch, all you will find is white sand everywhere. Due to the influx of tourists, small shops carrying souvenirs abound the island as well as restaurants. During the high season in the summer months, which is from March-June, you'll probably bump into celebrities and enjoy the sports and night/music events.
