My family took me to Billy Gene's for Mother's Day. We waited 25 minutes for menus and water. The menus were brought to us by a young lady in a filthy apron. It took another 10 minutes to get our drink order, another 15 to place our food order, and another 25 minutes to get our food. We ended up with our third choice of food because, as usual, they were out of what we actually wanted. I ordered my steak medium rare but it was cooked well done and the vegetables were burnt! Even after complaining we were not even offered one cent off our bill. They were very busy this day but only had two waitresses working the entire restaurant. We saw several families get up and leave because they were being ignored too. I would advise that if you want a decent meal and in less than two hours, stay away from here.
