Helpful and friendly staff, perfect budget hotel

Hotel Felice

Hotel

We had a three-night stay at this charming and perfectly-located hotel in mid-May 2007. The accommodation, breakfast, and sufficiently attentive staff were all excellent for a 2-star hotel. The room in which we stayed - small but perfectly formed, with a generously sized bathroom - was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended, primarily for its location, and good value for money.
We stayed for four nights to celebrate our fifth anniversary and we both thought that the hotel was great. We had a wonderful private bath, a nice big TV, and a computer with Internet access.
The breakfast was okey, it was served in our room and I love breakfast in bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, they called a taxi for us, etc.
The location was perfect, we walked everywhere! It was very close to Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish Steps were an only 5-10 minute walk. We also walked to the Vatican, Colosseum, and Trastevere.
We think that we really got our money worth, since it was really reasonable prices for such a great location and nice room (and that is what you are paying for!). Book direct with the hotel via their website for the best deal: www.hotelfelice.com
