When I visited Biloxi in May of 2007, there still wasn't a lot to do on the beach front. Everything I remember from there was just about gone. The Hard Rock casino had been rebuilt, but wasn't open yet. There were no other hotels, no gas stations, no convenience stores, no restaurants, and very few houses reconstructed after Katrina.
