Perhaps things would have gotten off to a better start if we hadn't had so much trouble finding the hotel. Armed with maps and directions, we set off from San Juan airport, pretty confidently navigating our way around. Then we left the organized chaos of the highways of Puerto Rico and onto the twists and turns of roads basically leading through the jungle and not much else. However, for better or worse, after many wrong turns, we finally found the hotel.
