We shared a memorable and delicious dinner at Rumeli on our final night in Istanbul, and it was the perfect place to celebrate the end of a great trip. This lovely, rustic, and romantic restaurant offers outdoor dining on a pretty patio lined with potted plants, and has candlelit indoor dining rooms with stucco walls and tables nestled into cozy little nooks. We ate upstairs in a little room that held four tables and featured a rustic fireplace (it was a chilly night). The service was excellent, and our two waiters were extremely friendly and attentive.
