King Kong fits perfectly into modern day Berlin. Like the city itself, it's hard to stick a label on it, but it's a cool place to drink some great beer and hang out with fun people. The bar is right in the middle of all the action, too, as it's located right at the base of Prenzlauer Berg (the hottest section of Berlin right now). The bar is on Brunnenstrasse, just a block up from the Rosenthaler Platz stop on the U 8 (subway).The interior is painted dark red, with old movie posters here and there (headlined by the one from King Kong of course).
