I always take out-of-town guests here to see the sights on Mystic's Main St. (the drawbridge, the quaint shops, the boats, the river, the colonial houses) and end with a lunch at the Mystic Pizza. They actually filmed the famous Julia Roberts movie here. After eating here, you'll agree with the food critic in the movie. The pizza's that good!They have a "Greek-style" crust that's not too thick nor too thin. I think the view is the best part about this place. When they came to visit, my sister and her boyfriend wanted to try a New England seafood restaurant overlooking Mystic River. This place fit the bill. The restaurant building itself looks a house converted to a restaurant. I loved the table we got!
