MTA provides bus service in the city of Flint and nearby areas, while most surrounding cities offer a "Your Ride" service with vans and small buses to transport passengers who call ahead. However, you really need a car to get around Flint and experience everything it has to offer. Shopping, restaurants, hotels, and sights are just too spread out. If you're traveling to Flint, Bishop Airport offers great service for a smaller airport, and Greyhound also serves the city.
