My wife and I love to ski and have been to many resorts over the last 20 years. We have stayed at the Inn every year for the last 7 years. There are many reasons for this. It is truly a ski in, ski out location. You just put on your skis and go. The accommodations are first class in every way. (Even the room TVs are digital.) But what brings us back year after year is the staff. It doesn't matter who you deal with. The ski valet sees you walking out the door and he will grab your skis from the rack, place them on the ground and stick your poles in the snow next to your skis. The housekeepers make sure everything is right in your room and even bring you chocolates in the evening. The concierge and the bell men will do whatever is necessary to make your stay pleasant. If there is any kind of problem with your room, (light bulb out or TV not working properly), it will be fixed promptly.
Reservations are handled in a very friendly manner and adjustments are easily made when necessary. We are already planning next year's stay at the Inn. The staff have become almost like family. The place is simply great!
