San Diego Wild Animal Park

Better than the zoo, the Wild Animal Park is more up close and personal. We seem to have more fun here with the grand kids, they adore the meerkats romping and playing. And the baby (animal) nursery. They have re-vamped the tram/train with a new route and it is terrific. We always seem to tire out at the same place, for lunch, Okavango and they have the kids meals that the girls like so much. The paths are easier to navigate than the zoo, and the scenery is relaxing. The carousel is cool (but costs extra) and the little ones love the new sponge bob show. I personally love the trained bird show.
