The resort was nice and everyone was more than willing to try and please the guests. The accommodations were nice and comfortable. I don't know if I would describe the furnishing as "5 star" but the view made up for everything. The food was good and servers were always available with a drink. The sales pitch was very frustrating. Scheduled for 90 minutes and it took 5 hours. So basically one day wasted. The tours were nice (but I would skip the jungle tour). Everything was kept clean and nice, room service was enjoyable.
