Cregg Castle
At 50 euro per night, per person, this place is unbeatable. The owners play music for their guests almost every night by a peat fire. They have about 6 dogs and a very friendly cat, a herd of sheep and a lone sheep that has befriended their donkey. It is an off-the-beaten path castle where everyone feels at home. Lots of land and woods to explore and wonderful spacious bedrooms. Excellent breakfast. Absolutely cannot beat the price of this place.

The Quays
Great food, reasonable prices. Friendly people all around. Great atmosphere and nightlife. Great for someone looking for a college-age scene. They also have bands that play on some nights. Definitely a worthwhile visit.
