Hotel | "Fairfield Inn"

Nice, clean, comfortable room. The hotel is a little closer to the Interstate than I like, but staff were very good at meeting my request to be located away from the highway. Highway access is nice if you want to get an early start somewhere though. There are several restaurants very close by, some within walking distance.

Restaurant | "The Claim Jumper"

First off, for those of you used to The Claim Jumper anywhere outside of Utah, this is a different chain of three restaurants in Park City, St. George, and one other city. If you are used to the "other" claim jumper you will be disappointed. Menu is very short, and while the food is adequate I would not choose to return personally.

Restaurant | "The Painted Pony"

Out of everywhere I ate on this trip, The Painted Pony was by far the best experience. It was also the most expensive, but in this case you certainly get what you pay for. The space is fairly good sized but is broken up into several smaller seating areas, which really gives a nice sense of intimacy. The staff are very attentive without being intrusive, and the food is outstanding. One of the best meals I have had in a very long time.
