We frequently travel and are used to nice hotels. While this place isn't fancy, it was very comfortable and in a very convenient location. The carpeting was brand new. The public area, especially the courtyard, was very pretty.
The people who run this place are very accommodating and lovely. They really helped us enjoy our stay in New Orleans.
If we travel again to New Orleans, we would try to stay here. Everything you need is within easy walking distance.
New Orleans is back and ready for tourists. Your stay in the French Quarter may be better than ever.

Muriel's is simply a fantastic restaurant! We liked it so much the first time we went to New Orleans that we had to go back, and it was just as good. Very comfortable atmosphere and excellent food. Compared to two better-known, more famous New Orleans restaurants, Muriel's wins by far.
