First impression driving into the place was fairly favorable. A quaint timeshare with decent amenities. Favorable until check-in at least.Service with the exception of a few of the staff was less than courteous. During my check-in process, I had the lady helping me check in arguing in a not so polite manner over my head with a disgruntled customer over some late fee charges. Then talking sternly to another couple that was waiting politely for their turn, saying they had strayed into an off limits hallway. Sunrise is the premier place for skiing in Arizona. But that doesn't say much since skiing in AZ is a crapshoot. Well, my gamble was a good one, with 90% of the park being open when we went there, up from only 25% of one peak being open only 2 weeks prior. The runs were nice with a little bit of everything for beginner to slightly less than expert skiers/snowboarders.Now that was the good part; now it's time for the bad and the ugly.
