Roma's in Southwick, Massachusetts is literally reason enough to buy a plane ticket to Massachusetts right now. It's a local restaurant and I want to say it's probably the nicest in town. I haven't actually ventured to most of the other restaurants, though.We had a party of 6, so we were able to make reservations. Definitely a plus, there was a large crowd in the waiting area. We sat down and they gave us our menus. I usually go to Roma's to order their pizza, but I wanted to try something different. We ordered the pizza for an appetizer. Nestrovich Farm

Granville, Massachusetts is just slightly north of Southwick. The drive between the two is gorgeous as you can look out and see the beautiful and sparse New England landscape. Granville is a small town, population less than 2000. They have events throughout the year, adding to the feel of what an American town used to feel like. We stopped at Nestrovich Fruit Farm. There was a great variety of apples and Massachusetts maple syrup available for sale. The owner of the farm, Mr. Nestrovich, was a friendly man. Again, this fit the small town feel.
