Nice room but very bad service. It seems a 4-star hotel, but it is a facade. A too big hotel (2 towers, 25 floors) which makes it uncomfortable for a stay. The suite room is big and clean.We arrived at 3pm and our room was not ready, they were still cleaning. They made us wait for 15 minutes at reception without being asked whether we wanted anything to drink.The receptionist wrote the wrong room number, so the baggage guy could not open our room. We waited again for him to get the correct room number. Later, one of the staff gave us wrong directions to the wrong swimming pool (there are 2).Breakfast was OK. There was a cook making omelettes who disappeared and left a burn
