Christmas Village in Nashville

There was no price category but the rooms run $55 and up. This hotel is just 1.8 miles from the airport, very easy to find. It has been upgraded and is very clean and nice. The breakfast through the week even goes so far as to have biscuits and sausage gravy. They have waffles that you make yourself, fruit, cereal, juices, milk, bagels, toast... just plenty to eat, and all is included in your room price. The rooms are neat and clean. The hotel sits off the main road so there is no noise. The hotel offers computer service at no cost which is wonderful. I was able to print my boarding pass and go online for awhile at no cost. My husband was just in Las Vegas where he paid $12 to print his boarding pass and our son's. The front desk people are great and so is the manager... an overall good place to stay.

Wonderful! It's very clean and the atmosphere is cozy. The menu is not overwhelming but it has many fresh items. I had wonderful a chicken salad and a very good salad/dressing. The tea is the best, the service is great, and they have also good prices. You are not rushed and the offer great desserts.

Christmas Village is an event held by the Pi Beta Phi Alumni Club each year to raise money for the Vanderbilt Bill Wilkerson Center which helps with deafness, autism, etc. I have been attending since the late 1960s. It runs 4 days and has over 250 merchants with mega holiday gift items, also many food samples. They have clothing, toys, pottery antiques, decorations, and just about anything you could think of. It is my weekend out with the girls and we have a ball.
