We just returned from a FANTASTIC eight-day vacation with three other couples. The pool may not be as long as advertised but you will be tired after walking a lap of 2,700 feet. The evenings on the beach with friends, snacks, and alcohol will live in our collective memories forever. We had strength in numbers when dealing with the beach vendors but don't be afraid because a firm and consistent NO sends them on their way.Our entire trip was made more special by the exclusive use of Roberto and Benjamin Alarcon as our transportation providers. They are both very fluent in English, are native to the area, and seem to have connections wherever you travel or at whatever attraction you may want to see. If they say they will be there at a certain time, THEY WILL BE THERE!
