The Cavalieri Hilton has to be the best Hilton in the world. the restaurant on the roof, La Pergola is a 3-star Michelin restaurant with fabulous food. You must visit it; it is incredible.

Cavalieri Hilton
The rooms were luxurious and well-presented. Ask for a room on the side that looks over the city. The staff are fabulous, and all speak multiple languages, making the stay easy. They overlook the city and the Vatican, which is fantastic at night. If you use points to stay at any hotel, you won't get better than this. If you are a VIP and get upgraded, then the executive lounge is phenomenal.

It is a real surprise to come across the fountain in the middle of an alleyway. The "Le Temerici" restaurant is right around the corner and a must-visit restaurant for the ambiance and the quality food.
