I've known Captain Herman for the past four years and this was the first time I went out with him. His boats are small-ish compared to commercial deep sea fishing boats. He and his cousin Nevill (I'm not sure how to spell his name) are very knowledgeable of the fish and the waters particularly around the East End. They typically catch wahoo, snapper, barracuda, ahi, mahi-mahi. They'll even have you go down and pick up conch or lobster when the season permits!
