We had a one-bedroom apartment. There are very roomy, and include a sofa bed and a shower room separate from the ensuite, so accommodating 4 adults is possible. The sofa bed is probably not that comfortable to sleep on... and definitely not comfortable to sit on.
The kitchen facilities are comprehensive, but the cutlery is getting very tired, as is the paintwork and a few other fittings. Out of season reception is at the Hotel Europa next door - very helpful staff, and free Internet access.
If you arrive at Perpignan by train, there is a bus runs from the SNCF station to the resort - Line 1, to Canet Sud. €1 oneway vs about €35 by taxi!
