Kauai Best Eats

I was recommended to e.b.'s Eats by a friend and she certainly steered me in the right direction. I was advised to try the Chinese chicken salad and it was the best I ever had. They also had a deli case full of different and unique salads that you could choose as a meal. My friend had a salad trio, 3 different salads from the case. She chose wheatberry salad, cucumber and red pepper salad and curried chicken salad. It was awesome. My other friend had baked rigatoni and a side salad. Yummy! We ended with the best brownies and macaroons we ever had. This was a very nice, inexpensive casual dinner. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was a clean, outdoor cafe.
