We had a wonderful room on the 23rd floor facing the ocean. It was one block from Waikiki beach on active Kuhio avenue. We had a private lani with a table and two chairs, perfect for watching the sunrise on Diamondhead. Every morning the hotel newsletter was left upon our bed, telling us something more about the history of Hawii, what to see, and suggestions for dining. Paradise Cove Luau

Attraction

Quote:
It isn't labeled the best Luau in Hawaii for nothing. We were given a maitai greeting and given some time to enjoy the amazing sunset on the cove before playing Hawaiian games and making lei wristlets. We also tried our hand at braiding palm headbands.

After that we were taught how to open a coconut with a rock, how to wear a pareo and how to make a Lava Flow. Then came the FOOD! Sesame chicken, mahi mahi, poi, fruit..it was delicious. If you like to drink they are very free with the maitais and the blue hawaiians.

The show itself was incredible! So many different styles of hula and hawaiian dancing. The fire dance left everyone speechless. A Must See!
