Longboat Key is a wonderful beach. It is quite in comparison to other beaches. We stay every year at the Turtle Crawl Inn. The Turtle Crawl rents condos with beach access. The Tower has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.

It is a beautiful, quiet beach, with clean water. I recommend renting a room or condo directly on the beach with beach access. We stay at the Turtle Crawl Inn, which is a great place. Attraction

St. Armands Circle is close to Longboat Key and a great place to go, get dinner and drinks. Great shopping, too! It is a very busy place with a lot of people around.

The kids enjoyed catching a few fish off the beach. They used shrimp as bait and were able to reel in a few small whitening and catfish.
