Iroquois Falls

An August 2006 trip to Iroquois Falls by John from OK

Quote: A trip with my wife to show her where my dad was from and to see the North.
This motel was clean but showing its age, and had a lot of rooms that were no longer being used. The only problem we had with the room was that it was a smoking room and we would have preferred a nonsmoking room. The room was very large and the beds were fine.

Part of that problem is related to the fact that the town is in decline due to the main employers workforce being downsized. The restaurant is closed, so planning is needed when you want to eat.

It is the only motel in the town, so if for any reason you are there and need a place to stay this is all you have to pick from.
