We go to Tahoe every year for the celebrity golf tournament. The golf course is right on the lake with beautiful views. If you go early in the week you can get autographs during play. My son ended up getting 40 autographs from Ben Roethlisberger to Charles Barkley. Our second night there I entered a blackjack tournament and WON! Out of 45 people I won . Later the week we decided to gamble and walking right by us was Donald Trump with Ben Roethlisberger. They were going to the karaoke bar. Tons of celebs showed up and sang. It was beautiful at the top of the hill. The ride took about 20 minutes to the top. We ate at the top. The menu stated you could get 1/2 orders but the waitress wouldn't let me. For me the portions were large but delicious. You are able to hike around the mountain in the summer and the views are beautiful.
