First of all, they earned big points with me for having the other NCAA Tournament games being played on their TV sets above the bar. The service is friendly, and the selection of beers is outstanding. The menu features a wide variety of sandwiches, seafood, chicken, pasta, Mexican cuisine, and there is an in-house bakery. My favorite dish to order is the appetizer, Fried Goat Cheese with Roasted Red Peppers. It is a wonderful meal in itself.
While it was too cold to sit out on the patio, I have in the past, and enjoyed it immensely. The lighting outside is quite romantic, and the street noise is limited. Racine's has a very cosmopolitan atmosphere, and it is only minutes from Downtown Denver.
