The moment you walk into this resort you will feel and see the Jamaican culture before you. You are greeted by a quartet playing soft Jamaican music. The staff at the resort are always smiling and you will be greeted with open arms. The resort itself is beautiful and clean and is located on the beach. The resort is located near the best Scuba diving site in Jamaica. We did a 90 foot dive during the day and a 40 foot night dive. The night dive was pretty darn cool. If you are not a certified Scuba diver, you can get certified within hours on the resort by the staff. The Scuba staff is skilled and very friendly.
Snorkeling was peaceful and beautiful. We saw beautiful coral and fish that would eat from our hands.
Dining at Breezes was interesting. Jamaicans cannot make eggs. I don't know how eggs can get screwed up, but they were just bad. You are better off sticking to fruit, pancakes, and cereal for breakfast. Breezes starts grilling burgers on the beach at 10:00am and the bar is open at the crack of dawn. Dinner is always completely delicious at Breezes. You have to Dine at Martino's. Jamaicans can make Italian cuisine...and they prepare it well. This is a classy restaurant that requires reservations and prepares mouthwatering, exquisite meals. It was probably some of the best Italian food I've ever tasted...and I love Italian food.
The resort provides activities for couples in their nightclub during the evening hours. There was dancing, games, and prizes.
